The Process

  • To kick things off, we’ll begin with a few quick steps:

    • We’ll send over a project agreement for review and signature

    • A deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule

    Once these are complete, your project officially begins!

  • What we’ll do:

    • Kickoff meeting (30–60 minutes)

    • Discuss your business goals and website purpose

    • Identify your target audience

    • Review competitors or inspiration sites

    • Define project scope and key features

    What we need from you:

    • Completed onboarding questionnaire

    • Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, guidelines if available)

    • Examples of websites you like/dislike

    • Initial content (if available)

    Deliverables:

    • Project brief

    • Sitemap outline (structure of the site)

  • Goal: Plan layout and content structure before design.

    What we’ll do:

    • Create wireframes (basic page layouts)

    • Map user journey and navigation flow

    • Identify content needs for each page

    What we need from you:

    • Feedback on wireframes

    • Finalized or draft website copy

    • Images or media assets (if available)

    Deliverables:

    • Approved wireframes

    • Content structure plan

  • Goal: Bring your brand to life through design.

    What we’ll do:

    • Design homepage mockup first

    • Establish visual style (colors, typography, imagery)

    • Design remaining pages after approval

    What we need from you:

    • Feedback on design concepts (1–2 revision rounds included)

    • Approval before moving to development

    Deliverables:

    • High-fidelity design mockups for all pages

  • Goal: Turn designs into a functional website.

    What we’ll do:

    • Build website (responsive for desktop + mobile)

    • Integrate content and images

    • Implement basic SEO and performance setup

    What we need from you:

    • Final content (if not already provided)

    • Access to hosting/domain (if applicable)

    Deliverables:

    • Fully functional staging website

  • Goal: Refine and finalize the website.

    What we’ll do:

    • Provide staging link for review

    • Fix bugs and make agreed revisions

    • Test across devices and browsers

    What we need from you:

    • Consolidated feedback

    • Final approval for launch

    Deliverables:

    • Finalized website ready for launch

  • Goal: Go live with confidence.

    What we’ll do:

    • Deploy website to live domain

    • Final testing and checks

    • Basic training

    Deliverables:

    • Live website

    • Post-launch support window (e.g., 1–2 weeks)

    • Primary communication via email or preferred platform

    • Feedback windows: 2–3 business days per phase

    • Consolidated feedback is required for each round

  • Website hosting will be with Squarespace.
